Course Creation & Submission Guidelines/Policy

Turn your expertise into income by creating and publishing custom training courses on the CertPoint.ai platform. Our platform provides you with the tools and infrastructure to reach learners while earning substantial revenue from your educational content.

  • Ready to share your expertise? Create an account to begin your journey as a CertPoint AI course creator. Visit your dashboard and click “Create New Course”. It’s that easy!
  • CertPoint A.I. enhancement (as discussed below) is optional. Please note “Opt-in to CertPoint A.I. enhancement” in your course description if you wish to opt in. Course descriptions with no “opt-in” will not be A.I. enhanced. 
  • CertPoint AI enhancements on content 1-3 hours in length will remain FREE until further notice! For “opt-in” training (as mentioned above) longer than 3 hours, CertPoint will contact the course creator to discuss appropriate “fees.”

Revenue Share & Payment Process

  • Earn 80% of all revenue generated from your courses.
  • CertPoint AI retains 20% for platform hosting, support, and infrastructure.
  • All payments are processed and collected by CertPoint Adaptive Intellect LLC.
  • Creator payments are distributed monthly for courses that generate sales.
  • No payments are issued for courses that do not generate sales.
  • Submit a completed IRS Form W-9 for payment processing.

Course Pricing

  • Course creators have flexibility in pricing their content.
  • Courses can be offered for FREE or at any price point.
  • CertPoint AI may provide feedback on pricing during the review process.
  • Final pricing must be approved during course review.

Review Process

  • All courses undergo a thorough review/AI enhancement (if applicable) within 30-90 days of submission (depending on the length of training).
  • CertPoint AI reserves the right to approve or reject any submission.
  • Courses must meet CertPoint’s quality standards.
  • Content must align with CertPoint’s mission, core values, and vision.
  • CertPoint AI maintains sole discretion over course approval.
  • Listing a course is a privilege, not a right.

Course Creation Guidelines

  • Follow the step-by-step guide on the course submissions page.
  • Maintain professional standards in course design and delivery.
  • Ensure content quality meets platform standards.
  • No experience is necessary. Load as much info as you can (course description and learning objectives at a minimum), and CertPoint will utilize its A.I. enhancements to produce your training. The more info you provide, the better the A.I. enhancements will also be.

Technical Support

  • CertPoint provides support for website functionality.
  • Creators are responsible for loading enough content for effective CertPoint A.I. enhancement, if applicable.
  • Technical assistance is limited to platform-related issues and limited A.I. enhancement course corrections.
  • Support does not cover course creation or formatting errors. It’s up to the course creator to review the course.

Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional behavior at all times.
  • Respond professionally to all feedback, including negative reviews.
  • Unprofessional conduct may result in course removal.
  • Remember that course listing is a privilege that can be revoked.

Marketing Your Course

  • Course creators are responsible for their marketing efforts.
  • We recommend utilizing social media, professional networks, and industry connections.
  • CertPoint AI markets CertPoint. However, CertPoint reserves the right to award blog space to creators on a case-by-case basis.
  • Your success is directly tied to your promotional efforts.

  2. Submit your W-9 form.
  3. Review our course creation guidelines above.
  4. Begin building your first course.
  5. Submit for review and A.I. enhancement. CertPoint A.I. enhancements will remain FREE until further notice!
  6. Await approval and A.I. enhancement (if applicable) within 30-90 days, depending on the length of training. 

Important Notes

  • This is not a partnership agreement.
  • CertPoint AI maintains complete discretion over the platform.
  • Course approval can be revoked at any time.
  • Professional conduct is required for continued platform access.
  • All decisions regarding course approval and removal are final.

Tips

  • You can submit whatever training you wish for review and A.I. Enhancement. CertPoint will review it and enhance it once it is approved.
  • No experience necessary. Load as much info as possible, and CertPoint will utilize its A.I. enhancements to produce your training.
  • You do NOT need to have A.I. experience (CertPoint will enhance your training); however, if you wish to enhance with your own A.I., go for it! There is no obligation to use CertPoint enhancement. See “opt-in” statements above and below.
  • If you are new to being a creator, submit your course as much as possible (course description, objectives, etc.), and CertPoint will work hard to develop your course and make it available to the public.
  • Feel free to give CertPoint suggestions on A.I. hosts, voices, etc. If you do not, CertPoint will use creative decision-making.
  • Please list how long your training should be, in hours.

By submitting a course, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above and acknowledge that CertPoint AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
